We've sat on both sides of the table. Now we sit only on yours.

Launch Day Advisors is a buyer-side digital advisory firm founded by Jonathan Blessing that works exclusively for buyers selecting qualified AI, software, and design service providers.

The agency selection process is broken

  • RFPs reward writing, not delivery. The best proposal doesn't predict the best outcome. Agencies optimize for winning work—buyers need someone optimizing for results.
  • Vendors do this every day. You don't. Sales teams refine messaging, package case studies, and negotiate terms as routine. Most buyers undertake major technology projects infrequently and under pressure.
  • AI has raised the stakes. Shorter sales cycles, grander claims, and subsidized pilots create urgency where patience is required. The cost of choosing wrong is higher than ever.

Launch Day exists to correct that imbalance—to bring structure to selection, clarity to incentives, and discipline to negotiation.

How we work

  • Structured search. We define requirements, source qualified partners from our vetted network, and manage the evaluation—so you compare apples to apples.
  • Real due diligence. We verify delivery track records, staffing integrity, and budget management. Not marketing claims—actual performance data.
  • Commercial negotiation. We secure better terms, protect scope, and structure contracts so incentives align with outcomes.
