What We Collect
Our first-party analytics script records, for each page view and for a handful of site events (such as a click on a contact button or reaching the booking page):
- The page viewed and the referring site or campaign
- Your country, as reported by our hosting provider
- Browser type and device category
To count unique visitors without identifying anyone, the script derives a visitor identifier from your IP address and browser signature using a secret value that rotates daily. The identifier cannot be reversed and changes every day. Your IP address is used only to compute that identifier and for short-lived abuse rate limiting; it is not stored in our analytics.
Your browser's sessionStorage holds a short tag describing how you arrived (for example "search" or "direct") for the duration of your visit, so that a contact request can record its source. It is not a cookie and is discarded when you close the tab.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes every request, including your IP address, for security and reliability under its own privacy policy.
When You Contact Us
If you submit our contact form, book a call through our scheduling tool (Calendly), or email us directly, you voluntarily provide personal information such as your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a description of your project. A contact form submission is delivered to us as an email through our email provider (Resend), together with the approximate location (country, region, city, and time zone) that our hosting provider derives from your connection.
We use this information solely to communicate with you regarding our services. We do not sell personal data, add you to marketing lists without consent, or share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested service (e.g., scheduling).
We retain contact information only as long as necessary to respond to inquiries and maintain business records.
Payments
If you pay an invoice through our payment page, the payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
Our contact and booking pages embed a Calendly scheduling widget. Calendly may set its own cookies and collect standard web request data (such as IP address and browser information) in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox. Stripe processes payments on our payment page. Cloudflare hosts the site and the analytics service. Fonts are self-hosted. No advertising networks or third-party tracking services are used.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable (including under the GDPR), our lawful basis for processing limited website data is legitimate interest – specifically, operating and improving this website and responding to inbound inquiries.
Your Data Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
Because we do not maintain visitor profiles or tracking databases, most website visits do not create identifiable records.

Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted to us.
