Three engagements. One side of the table.

A vetted short list when you know the lane. A full Managed Selection when you don't. Independent oversight once the partner is signed. Buyer-retained on every one – paid by you, never by the firms we recommend.

How we work.

Partner Search & Selection

Lightweight. Fast. For buyers who know the lane.

2–4 weeks

You bring the brief. We bring the short list. You take the calls; we level the proposals; we tell you who to sign – and why. The decision stays with you.

Best for: technical leaders and product owners with internal capacity to run the calls.

Managed Selection

We run the search. You run your business.

4–12 weeks

Discovery. RFP. Sourcing. Leveling. Interviews. References. Negotiation. A written recommendation with a risk register. You make the final call. We do the rest.

Best for: complex scopes, exec-sponsored programs, and anyone who's been burned before.

Delivery Assurance

Independent oversight once the work has begun.

Scope-based

Most engagements don't fail at the start. They fail in the middle – when "done" was never written down. We help you define success, monitor delivery, and surface risk before it lands.

Best for: long engagements, novel tech, regulated industries, and first-time buyers of complex work.

Every engagement draws from a network we've actually watched.

The Launch Day Network is a curated set of firms we've tracked across delivery, staffing, and pricing – many of them placed with other clients we've advised. We know who staffs projects with senior people and keeps them. Who hits milestones. Who communicates well when things go wrong.

None of this shows up on a website. None of it surfaces in a sales call. Partners can't buy their way in. Firms that don't perform are removed.

Services Questions

What if I already have agencies in mind?

Bring them. We evaluate the partners you bring alongside ours. The job is the right fit, not placing our own.

What types of projects do you cover?

AI and ML implementation, UX and product design, custom software, websites, platform builds. Generally $50K and up – anywhere partner selection actually matters.

How do I know which one fits?

If you know the lane and have internal capacity, Partner Search fits. If the scope is large, exec-sponsored, or new territory, Managed Selection carries the load. If you've already signed a partner, that's Delivery Assurance – and it stacks onto either of the other two once delivery starts.

What happens if the engagement goes badly?

We help you navigate it. That can mean facilitating hard conversations, supporting contract enforcement, or – in worst cases – helping you transition to a new partner. Most engagement failures trace back to predictable selection mistakes that governance prevents.
