You bring the brief. We bring the short list.

For buyers who know the lane. A vetted short list, leveled proposals, a written recommendation – two to four weeks, end to end. The decision stays with you.

The lightest way we work.

You bring a brief – even a rough one. We bring three to six vetted candidates, level the proposals into an apples-to-apples view, and recommend a finalist. You take the calls. You sign the contract. The decision stays with you.

Most buyers don't need a full Managed Selection. They need fewer cold-outreach cycles, better candidate quality, and an honest read on what comes back. That's what this is.

Six steps. Two to four weeks.

  1. 01

    Brief

One 60–90 minute working session to clarify scope, must-haves, and deal-breakers. We end with a one-page brief everyone can point to.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

Three to six vetted candidates, matched to your brief. We can speak to each one's track record – staffing, delivery, who they've kept and who they've lost.

  3. 03

    Outreach

We make introductions and frame the opportunity. You take the calls and run the demos.

  4. 04

    Proposal leveling

We normalize what comes back into a comparable view. Same line items, same assumptions, same rubric. The deltas surface what each firm is actually selling.

  5. 05

    Recommendation

A written memo: the finalist, the rationale, the runner-up, and what to watch in the engagement ahead.

  6. 06

    Handoff

You negotiate and sign. We're on call for contract review, reference-check guidance, and the questions that surface in the last mile.

Right for you if…

  • You're a technical leader or product owner hiring a vendor.
  • Your scope fits in a paragraph.
  • You have internal capacity to run the calls and sign the contract.
  • The engagement is between $50K and $750K.

Look elsewhere if…

Partner Search Questions

Can I bring agencies I'm already considering?

Yes. We evaluate them alongside the network. The job is the right fit, not placing our own.

Do I have to hire someone from your network?

No. The recommendation goes to whoever can actually deliver – sometimes a partner you sourced, sometimes one of ours, sometimes neither. If neither, we say so.

What if the scope changes mid-search?

We re-scope the brief. Material changes get a conversation; minor ones we absorb. Most searches need at least one round of refinement – that's the search working, not failing.

How is this different from Managed Selection?

Partner Search is lighter. You run the calls, manage intake, and lead negotiation. Managed Selection delivers the same outcome – we just do those parts too. For large scopes, exec-sponsored programs, or new territory, the heavier engagement pays for itself.

Got a brief?

Fifteen minutes. No pitch. Tell us what you're scoping and we'll tell you whether Partner Search is the right shape – or point you to the one that is.
